Mini Cocktail Meatballs Recipe
Meatball Recipe Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secret Onion Soup Mix
- 400 grams beef mince
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup dry red wine or water
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 190C
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients;
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- In shallow baking pan, arrange meatballs and bake 18 minutes or
until done
- Serve, if desired with assorted mustards or tomato sauce
